Developing the Project Plan
We develop a thorough project assessment and logistics plan that includes key contacts, roles and responsibilities, and protocols. Close coordination with clients and local service providers assure that safety is foremost in the plan. International experience gained from the Arctic to the high Andes Mountains enables us to proactively address specific site access logistics and safety needs for challenging terrains.
Acquiring Data Methodically and Efficiently
Data acquisition is both weather and terrain dependent. Obtaining high quality data requires understanding the specific environmental conditions of the project area as well as patience and proactivity to execute acquisition effectively. We monitor weather conditions closely and keep in contact with our clients to adapt to changing conditions and devise solutions. Once collected, all data is reviewed for quality and completeness prior to leaving the project site. Whatever it takes, our dedicated teams always see a project through.

Terra Remote has developed proprietary management and documentation tools to keep our teams and clients apprised of project progress in real time.
TerraView
Our own project management program, TerraView, integrates mobile field reporting and geospatial information to create a customized project management ecosystem. This robust tool provides our project managers and clients with accurate and up-to-date project intelligence.
TerraPortal
TerraPortal is a secure, web-based project portal linked directly to Terra’s custom project management software TerraView. Through TerraPortal, clients receive a detailed, real-time view into their projects, including data capture and project progress information. It also provides a sharing platform for spatial data, work orders, and other critical project documents.
